Orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holidays) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will ship no later than next business day.
Important to note:
- Delivery times may vary during peak sale periods. Please allow an additional 3-10 business days on top of standard delivery times.
- Delivery services do not run on National Public Holidays.
Shipping times are a guideline only and cannot be guaranteed based on possible courier delivery issues, or any other unforeseen or unavoidable external events (such as severe weather conditions) beyond the control of Crep Protect.
All Crep orders are shipped with Couriers Please and are transported by road, due to aerosol products being considered dangerous goods.
