What is your returns policy?

  • You may return part of all of your order provided the product is unused and has all original tags and packaging still intact and is within 30 days of receiving your order. Crep Protect Australia will not accept returns if:

    • The item has obviously been used
    • The item has visible stains, marks, burns, snags or any other blemishes
    • Price tags have been removed, damaged or altered
    • Other tags have been removed, damaged or altered

    Crep Protect Australia does not cover return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Alternatively you can process your return through our partner Refundid which will issue your refund to you as soon as you complete the Refundid process. Instant refund!

     

    Crep Protect Australia will not refund the original shipping cost for change of mind returns.

    Please note if change of mind returns are received as ‘Return to Sender’ that Crep Protect will deduct the Return to Sender shipping cost from the refund total.
